I called them on the weekend not expecting them... read more to be open and they answered the phone and gave me an appointment on Monday. Jonny was ahead of schedule but called to make sure that was ok. He was VERY knowledgeable and worked with me to decipher my town's very sparse and unclear billing system and we even spoke to the water department together to get more information. We quickly determined there was nothing wrong with the house and we moved to the sprinkler system where we counted all the sprinkler heads, checked them all, and then did a whole lot of math. He was never in a hurry and was incredibly thorough and diligent. He answered all of my questions patiently and was very honest and transparent. He got to the bottom of my high bill mystery and left me with some contractor recommendations and suggestions for a path forward. I sincerely hope that I do not require another leak detectorist service but if I do I will absolutely give Sonar a call and would recommend them to others. I should also note that their services were more affordable than other agencies I contacted trying to get an appointment. Thank you Jonny and Sonar team for helping me solve this mystery and for giving me peace of mind going forward. Worth every penny 🙂
