Spoke to Johnny and his company Sonar Leak Detection comes out at no charge to find if you have a leak and location - he came out the next day and found nothing leaking currently and that it was something that had passed or a mistake by the water company. He wrote a letter to the water company about this for us. If you have a leak and repair it I have heard the water company will credit you with the bill overage charges.

He was extremely patient, thorough, and clearly very knowledgeable about the process. What impressed me most is the precision of their work. Many plumbers simply do not have the specialized equipment or expertise for leak detection at this level. Too often the approach is to start cutting into floors, walls, or foundations just to search for the leak. Sonar Leak Detection uses specialized tools and experience to identify the exact location first, which saves enormous time, money, and unnecessary damage to the house.
